Mailhub

Mailhub is the email service provided by ForgeOne for secure access to your business email.

You can access your messages directly through the web-based Mailhub portal or configure your email account in an email application on your computer, smartphone or tablet.

This section provides instructions for setting up and using Mailhub, as well as assistance with frequently encountered issues.

Set Up Email Applications

Select the device or email application you use:

• Microsoft Outlook
• Mozilla Thunderbird
• Apple Mail on macOS
• Android
• iPhone and iPad

Use Mailhub Webmail

Mailhub Webmail allows you to read, write and manage your email directly in a web browser without configuring an additional email application.

• Write and reply to emails
• Manage folders
• Set up an email signature
• Manage contacts and the address book
• Set up filters and rules
• Set up an out-of-office reply

Common Issues

• Unable to sign in
• Emails are not being received
• Emails cannot be sent
• The email application repeatedly asks for the password
• Messages are being moved to the spam folder
• The mailbox storage quota is full

• the time when the issue occurred,
• the complete error message,
