A support ticket will be created automatically when your message is received. You will receive a confirmation containing your ticket number and a link to your ticket.

Required Information
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:
- your name and business email address,
- your company or organisation,
- the affected ForgeOne service,
- a detailed description of the issue,
- the time when the issue occurred,
- the complete error message,
- the device, operating system or application you are using,
- a screenshot, if it may help with the investigation,
- the impact the issue has on your work.
For a service disruption, please also tell us:
- whether one person or multiple users are affected,
- whether the issue is permanent or intermittent,
- whether the service is completely or partially unavailable,
- which troubleshooting steps you have already performed.
Update an Existing Ticket
If you have already received a ticket number, reply directly to the existing email.
Please do not create another ticket for the same issue. Replying to the existing ticket keeps all information and responses together.
Urgent Service Disruptions
Clearly identify urgent service disruptions in the subject and describe which users and business processes are affected.
Example:
Service disruption: Mailhub unavailable for multiple usersResponse and processing times depend on the type of request and the agreed support service.
Security Notice
Make sure that screenshots and log files do not contain credentials or confidential information.
